NYC REACH is the federally designated regional extension center for NYC founded by the NYC Department of Health's Primary Care Information Project (PCIP). A REC is federally funded to support and serve health care providers in becoming meaningful user of electronic health records.

Welcome to the relaunch of On the Record!

You can share best practices and discuss tips and tricks on clinical workflows and achieving specific Meaningful Use Measures.

Join a group. Each group will have pages highlighting relevant deadlines and resources.
Update your privacy, email, and profile settings by clicking on "Settings" on the right.
Add people you want to connect with as friends. This way you can find them more easily and invite them to different groups. You can use the "Find People" feature on top to search for members using On the Record.
